How did everyone do today?

  • How did everyone do today?I did great.I only ate 16 points total all day today..Im proud..lol..Plus the crustless pumpkin pie helped..lol
  • WOW !!! 16 points ? I don't think I've ever had a day with that ...

    I had a "normal" breakfast and lunch ... I am SO freakin' stuffed up (sinuses) that I can't taste anything ... I will be fixing "thanksgiving dinner" soon and am afraid I won't be able to taste it ...

    I'm off to make the crustless pumpkin pie now ...


    DRAIN, sinuses ... DRAIN !!! LOL

  • Only 16? Umm thats way below your target...which ain't so healthy. So say you have an extra 4 or 6 left, how the heck can you go to bed knowing that you coulda had more pie??
  • Please remember ladies,it was only a llittle before 7 when I posted that,and I hadnt finished for the day.I ate my 22 points for the day
  • did great yesterdy stayed on plan all day had all 22 pts but, it was healthy turkey and veggies and my oatmeal for breakfast did my walk away the pounds 2 mile walk after i put the bird in then last night couple hours before bed did my leslie sansone firm up fast video and guess what i weighed 163 this morning on my scale my weigh in on tuesday i weighed 164 on my scale at home
  • i jumped off the wagon with both feet! Didn't even count points yesterday. But, I plan to be a model citizen the rest of the week. Thursdays are day 1 for me, so I came loaded with FPs!
