Wednesday menu, Nov. 23

  • Back on Core. And a dollar to each of you for everytime I've said that in the last year! (The checks are in the mail.)

    B: maltomeal
    S: boiled egg and BabyBel Lite (1)
    L: baked sweet potato with FF spray
    S: popcorn
    D: taking the nephews to dinner; they think they want Chinese food. Sigh ... if so, I'll try and stick with pepper steak, beef and broccoli, boiled shrimp, and that sort of thing. No rice.
  • Yay! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving! I'm REALLY looking forward to it.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: FF Feta cheese omelet

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and pineapple

    Dinner: Mixed greens salad with tomato, mushroom, and FF honey dijon (another thing that I think they will say is Core in January), Baked potato, Filet, brocolli

    Snack: Maybe Core popcorn with smart balance (points) and a Movie
  • Not good planning today!

    Breakfast: sf/ff black cherry yogurt mousse, decaf w/light cream

    Snack: 1 banana

    Lunch? did not bring anything - will go downstairs and try not to buy anything too damaging!

    LUNCH REVISION: So seems we are having some head honcho meeting in the boardroom (a frouf can smell food a mile away) -so I peeked my head in looking for leftovers - and the "team" was then invited in to eat - so I have stuffed my tummy with: 1 pumpernickel roll, some cold meat (turkey, roast beef, ham), couscous salad, green bean/veggie salad, veggie & dip, and 3 devilled egg halves (they were SOO GOOD). Also grabbed a bunch of grapes for "dessert" - now I am full!

    Snack: lf cottage cheese/fruit mix, 1 apple

    Dinner:??? will ask dh to defrost something (maybe fish?)

    dinner: pork chop, beets, potato w/white sauce
