This weekend someone gave me a whole wheat crust recipe and it got deleted before I had a chance to write it down. Can anyone help me?

I've done a search through all your posts including the deleted ones and cannot find a crust recipe in response. When you "cross post" in several places, redundant posts are deleted.

Thank you SO much. I'm a newbie and with a full time job (at home), a full time mommy, a full time housemaker, Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, and being low on carbs...My brain seems to be fried!!!
