  • Hi! I hope you don't mind, but I'm an avid lurker over here. I'm just wondering if it would make more sense to post weight lost as well as inches lost. I know when I work out, I tend to lose more inches than weight at times. Just a thought. I'm watching you guys and trying to decide if I want to go this route, and thought that might be helpful.

    But, of course, it is none of my business... Just a thought. You guys are very inspirational though!

    In other words -- welcome!! I post for myself - but it's a karmic thing. I figure if I'm honest and post what I'm up to, not only will I have records to look back on, but so will others. I learn so much from other's posts, I gotta give something back.
  • i jumped on the scales on monday and am at the same weight - no loss, no gain.

    i like the idea of measurements as well as weight. perhaps measurements could be a monthly thing for those that want to do it - i wouldn't expect much movement on a weekly basis.

    Hey girls, today is the last day for a Thanksgiving challenge I'm in on another thread and I lost 2 more lbs!!!! So kinda a maintain for my weekly weighin....but then WHAMMOO......2 more pounds for the last day of my challenge. I'LL TAKE IT!!!

    Good job, Daisy. I'm not sure of the total because Mrs. T didn't put the end one here, but I'm pretty sure the group is up to 46 pounds lost so far.

    Also, for the lurker, I think that's a great idea. I haven't done measurements since I started the program, but I know my pants don't fit anymore so it should be interesting to compare.
