Zoners-has anyone lost big in the ZONE?

    I am wondering if there are people who actually lost big while on the Zone? I have heard of 10-30 pounds,I have over 100 and wonder if anyone has ever lost a Large amount of weight while in the Zone? Thanks.........

    You might try zonehome.com or zoneperfect.com. Both sites
    are 100% dedicated to the Zone, and you might be more likely to find someone who has a similar situation. I know both sites have
    forums.
