fry up in tsp of butter....
1/2 cup slices mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1 tbsp green pepper
....for about 10-15 min
then add...one more tsp of butter and....
1/2 cup cooked spaghetti squash. Saute until its nice and hot. I like mine a bit over cooked, and a bit browned.
Dish the mixture on your plate, and add 1oz feta cheese and 1 chopped black olive.
Mix up your veggies to what you like. Ive also made it with sundried tomato, mushrooms, pepperoni, and monterey jack cheese.
