If you could give your center a grade based on customer service, the level of interest they take in your success, knowledgeability of counselors, consistency of information provided, etc., what grade would it be?

EXCELLENT!! A NUMBER ONE!!

It's better than my old center, but I still feel like they could use some customer service training.

mine would be better if they were equally excited about your weight loss weather or not you use LA products. Sometimes they seem in a hurry to get me out of there so they can try and sell to the next person. But they are still nice and made a B+!

I gave mine an "F" since ALL of their counselors have now quit and we are having "visiting" counselors from out-of-town until they can hire some new people. Also, they don't have the "promised" holiday information - which I imagine is due to lack of adequate staffing.

I'm hoping that once the new crop of counselors are hired and trained, that my COD will improve.

Mine definitely gets an A! They are all so helpful, share willingly, and celebrate losses with us. The majority of them are on the program and the rest have been on it to lose, so they are knowledgeable. I'm very happy with my COD.

Mine is really good. I like all the counselors there. I really feel blessed after I've heard so many horror stories.

A- for mine; so far the girls there have been nice and very encouraging, although some of them aren't as knowledgeable as I would hope.
