People say it can be done but I cannot find any good recipes for good low calorie,low fat ice cream. I tried evaporated skim milk,regular skim milk,and 1% but it just doesn't come out right.If any of you have one,I would appreciate it. Thanks

Here is a recipe that is a family favorite.

Six Threes Ice Cream
3 oranges, juiced (about 1 c.)
3 lemons, juiced (about 1/2-3/4 c.)
3 bananas, mashed
3 cups sugar
3 cups milk *
3 cups 1/2 and 1/2 *

* For the slimmed down version use
12oz canned evaporated skim milk
4 1/2 cups 2% milk

combine and freeze in a one gallon ice cream freezer.

Count per 1 cup serving (16 per gallon)
