granddaughter is over feeling sorry for herself because her parents love her enough to care where she is and what she is doing 
my sister is over her psychotic episode (I was out of town with her) 
she was driving her family
and i am sooo ready to start eating on a regular basis and having foods other than fast food or no food (stomach flu) 
and the cast comes off on Dec. 9th 
then back to the gym 
will be catching up on the daily threads in the next day or two.
