  • breakfast snack: 2 pieces lite rye bread w/butter (pts.)
    breakfast: large bowl oatmeal w/applesauce and ffmilk
    lunch: sirloin burger on lite ww bread (1pt.)
    snack: mixed fresh fruits
    dinner: chicken w/carrots, potatoes, and peas in a ffmilk sauce
    snack: fruit or popcorn if needed

    My day so far:

    Breakfast: 2 pkg instant oatmeal, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: Froufie's soup (barley/beef/tomato from the freezer), ff milk, cut up veggies (cauliflower, cucumber, red pepper) w/dip, 1 apple

    Snack: 1 apple, 1/2 c. sf/ff yogurt

    Dinner: no idea!!! taking dd dancing at 6 pm - then to the movies for 7 - may pick up a salad or something on the way? or maybe an omelette at home if I have time!
