Wednesday menu, Nov. 16

  • B: maltomeal, milk

    L-1: coleslaw with shrimp
    L-2: 1/2 cup black beans
    S: popcorn
    D: not sure -- Judd is bowling so I might have cheerios and milk
  • B- Oatmeal w/ milk
    s- pear
    L-vegetable soup
    s-cottage cheese
    d-whole wheat pasta & leftover tomato sauce
    s- sf/ff pudding or strawberries and ff cool whip

    Hopefully this'll work for me. I have a horrible schedule on wednesday w/ class from 4-9, so it makes eating dinner a bit hard.
  • B-1: Potato-Broccoli Casserole (7am)
    B-2: All-Bran Extra Fiber and skim milk (10am)
    S: Apple (noon)
    L: Core turkey chili (2pm)
    S: Summer Oatmeal (4pm)
    D: Clementine and some dry-roasted edamame (6:30pm)

    (I get home at six and go to bed by nine, so I can't eat much dinner.)

    (I thought All-Bran was core until a few days ago, and it's working fine, so I'm considering it core-for-me until I can get to the store for Fiber1.)
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: FF Feta Cheese eggbeater omelet

    Snack: Grapes

    Dinner: Mixed greens salad with tomatoes, mushrooms, and FF honey dijon; Core Cola Chicken and Core Oven Fries, green beans

    Snack: Maybe popcorn

    ms: orange, ff plain yogurt w/ pineapple
    lun: left over almost core lasagna
    as: celery sticks w/ soynut butter, grapes
    dinner: ???? - eating out, probably Japanese
  • breakfast: 1 egg over easy on WW bread (pts.)
    lunch sirloin hamburger w/ketchup + plum
    dinner: corn on cob and chicken breast (no skin) KFC
    snack: sliver of brownie at friend's house and lots of tea
    popcorn or fruit at home if I need it.
