    breakfast:

    lunch:

    snack:
    tea decaf
    chocolate 3/14

    dinner:
    spaghetti squash 0/14
    pasta sauce with mushrooms and peppers 2/16
    one chicken italian sausage 2/18
    parmesan cheese 2/20

    snack:
    no idea, but something lightish?

    water - 20 oz so far

    exercise: 2 mile walk (3.8 miles/hour), crunches
    leaf raking - 30 minutes
