I now know when to....

  • Weigh myself. Right after work after not eating for a couple hours. I weighed today after a very light lunch and I hadn't changed any! I feel great and so I will weigh again tomorrow.
  • First thing after my morning pee usually works for me. When I weigh myself in the evening, no telling what the scale will say.
  • I weigh myself each morning after I pee also, but I also weigh in right before I get in the tub at night, I like seeing the fluxuation.
  • I weight myself in the morning too. I have tried weighing myself througout the day and it seems that it goes up the most late-afternoon to early evening.
  • I weigh first thing in the morning after peeing as well. I, too, like to weigh at the end of the day to see the fluctuation.
  • I also weigh in the morning. After I go to the bathroom and before I eat or drink anything.
    It's funny because it seems like after waking up everyone makes a beeline for the bathroom.
  • I don't have a scale. I would become way too obsessed about weighing myself if I did. I only weigh on Mondays at the gym when I first get there, around 11 AM.
  • Maybe I should get a scale, but then like Nicole said, I might become obsessed with weighing myself.
