Its totally my own fault. My MIL took us out several times, and I had a thanksgiving meal last weekend at my dads, I have been into my sons halloween candy, and made cookies. SO I guess I was asking for those 2 pounds. Plus Tom is lurking around the corner somewhere.
So I gained 2 pounds! YUCK! This is giving me re newed commitment.
I was up to 156 on Wednesday, I'm just glad I didn't hold onto all that weight!
I am starting a journal to carry in my purse. I used to do that anyways, and then I only posted on the site. Now I am going back to journaling on paper. Keeps me responsible. and when I dont know what sounds good I can look back in the journal for ideas.
I am READY to be down into the 140's. I have been in the 150's for 8 weeks now. So my "mini goal" to myself is to be 145 by the end of this year. NewYears would feel so much sweeter! Then I can set my resolution at 20 pounds for 2006 and have plenty of time to lose it slow so I can keep it off forever!!!!
