It's a lot of pressure being the first one to weigh in each week. Just kidding...sort-of
I lost .4! I was doing wonderful all last week, and then the weekend hit, and it went to ****! But, I'm down, and I guess that's the big thing. I'm at exactly 162 now. I'd like to lose 1.4 pounds next week, so I can get another star.

But what is the deal with weekends? They KILL me too. Every weekend. Anybody got any ideas?
Don't worry about being first. I'll be here with you tonight. I am seeing a pound loss on my home scale so I hope I can keep it that way until 5:30. I HATE weighing in at night!
My leader said something pretty scarey at meeting this week.. She said on average we gain 17 pounds throughout the holiday season. Emmmmmm
So you are right remaining the same is better than a loss. I have never stayed on a program through the holidays so this year will be a first! I am determined to make this a healthy holiday well within reason
