I am completely dense. I went to the TickerFactory and picked one out, but I don't know how to get it back over here! Help!

If you want to use the ticker factory one...when you get to the last part copy the code in the little box have 3fc open in another window go to user cp, edit signiture and a box will come up like your posting a message ...paste the code in the box and preview signature it should show up

How do u move your ticker... do u have to change it daily? do I have to make a different one every day? I'm lost.....

The ones from Tickerfactory.com are not updatable and need to be redone every time you want to change them. The tickers from 3fc are ones you can just update.
