  • hi my name is kim and i have been dealing with PCOS for about 10 years but never knew it.It wasn't until i read an articel in womens day mag. that i was like wow this women has the same problems that im having.This comming after i had done seen like 3 gyn with no luck.I was married but, on the verg of divorce he wanted kids and after 6 years i couldn't give that to him so he moved on.Now he is happily married and has 3 kids im very happy for him.when i went to the gyn after finging that atricel i took it with me to show him and after bloodwork and alot more test it was ture and i was happy not because i have PCOS but, because there was a name for how i was feeling and i wasn't going crazy.Its a battle that im fighting everyday and i hope that it going to get easier.I am now on met. and starting a diet but, im not sure witch one any suggestions

  • kim, *hugs* i understand what you're going through. i had pcos symptoms since my teens, but didn't get diagnosed until 2 years ago. it's rough to get diagnosed, but it's a relief too... at least now you know what you're fighting. there's a lot of good information and support on the internet. and you can im/pm me anytime.

    low carb diets are the best options for pcos.
