For the past 8 weeks i've been running 30mpw averaging 5-6miles per day.
I have recently switched to cycling (i find cycling much easier. I swopped to running for a while for a change but injured my thigh so went back to what i'm better at!
!!!) I am doing 12.5-14miles on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and then 18.5-25miles on friday, saturday and sunday.

and I don't have to pay a crummy gym membership just to throw some heavy bits of metal around!
She has workouts and all sorts of great advice! I tend to spend about 30 mins on weights, but it can vary, I'm sure the hardcore ladies who lift maybe do more!
