My hourly small events, in no particular order:
Boiled egg
Banana
6 Triscuits / 1 slice Lite Swiss
1 oz. cashews
1/2 sandwich with Simply Jif on 100% WW bread
Natural applesauce
Dill pickles
Carrots / dill dip
Can you tell it's a points day?

Dinner will be a salad with FF 1000 Island and 3 oz. rotisserie chicken, plus milk

It has also made me think about what kind of snacks I am packing.
