Worried about starting phase 2!

  • As I get closer to starting phase 2, i'm starting to worry about adding back the carby things. I feel like if I add back everything the book says at once I will regain cravings. Has anyone transitioned more slowly than the blue book recommends? I was thinking of starting with one serving a day of oatmeal or something and then every few days add one more until i get up to the recommended level. I bought some steel cut irish oats in a metal can at trader joes, I think they're better than the old fashioned kind. Thanks!
