I was brave and got on the scale this morning. I hadn't been to a WI in 2 weeks so I had no clue. IT is cool, haven't gained any. WHEW I was sure it would say something like +10 or so. I am not eatting a lot, but what I am eatting is dense in calories. Finding it hard to eat any condiments, meat or veggies. Makes finding food kinda of difficult. I love FISH, but gotta limit it to 2 times a week. I had this key lime shrimp last night that were awesome. I stole them from my dad's freezer. Gotta ask them where to get more. Very spicey, but I was able to eat no problem.

My sis had her baby on Saturday. Her 4th son. My step sis just had her 4th son too. Irronic, eh? Only my sis has all the kids from the same dad (2nd marriages ect), so it is just wierd. I have to wonder if I am destined to have a son again too. I would be disappointed for a minute but I will get over it quickly.

Hi Flower,,,a girl would be nice. My husband's family have not had a girl born into it in 5 generations. (father's side that is) And we continued it with having only sons..so 6 generations of all boys.
I have 6 brothers and 1 sister so Im used to the boy thing but I sure would of enjoyed a girl.

I weigh in tomorrow,,hoping for a loss of course but did eat bad today at work. Had to do overtime with our computers crashing and staying way past what I had alotted my food intake. I always bring snacks and such but I shared them with my youngest son who was off to band camp and had forgotten his once we were at school so...he got mine and I went to work with enough only for my shift..I try to always pack extra incase someone at work is needing a lil pick me up...or extended shift. So I did plan,,,just didn't plan for this...lol ( failing to plan is planning to fail)

Angie you're Amazing (Got any Snacks?) I always over prep DH with snacks but nothing i eat is easy to throw together.

I have a tough time with snacks...and I try to balance between protein and carbs. (fruit)
I have allergies so eating some things are not possible. Aspertame and bananas. I love coke, and crave it so bad some days. But I will only buckle on special days.
Bananas...I used to love. Id snack on a soft taco,,P/B spread over it and a banana wrapped inside. ITs been about 8 years since Ive had a banana and am kinda hoping Ive outgrown it.
Anywho better get going WI tonight

Did my weigh in,,feeling good,,,down another 1 lb. Got my star for 10 lbs.
Has anyone every measured all parts of their body and sue that as a scale also?

I did when I started, but now that I am pregnant, I am not going anywhere near a tape measure.

I need to get a measuring tape!
I'll probably not be posting as much during the day they are crcking down and I'll be in a higher traffic area.
I need to learn PORTION CONTROL!

I think I will measure everywhere and keep track once a month.

HELLO!! I know I have been MIA - Having a baby is super time-consuming...we went to NB to visit DH's fam and since then Evie has not been taking naps and been UBER-FUSSY!! I think it's teething. Anyway, I had a few minutes to say hello and wish you all the best.

I'll try to pop in. Went back to WW (had to rejoin after our trip) and lost one lbs while on vacation - wow. I ate a LOT of seafood and pie!

Kier - OMG - you are at your all time low girlfriend (well since I have "known" you anyway). 186 - Kick @ss!!!
