Need help with menus?

  • I found a nice web site that is free, and has easily adaptable sbd friendly recipes-this will only be good for phase 2.

    It's for breakfast and dinner. But for me, I tend to take to lunch the previous evenings dinner.

    If you click on Meal plan central, you can either browse all the recipes and pick which ones you want for which day/meal or you can choose weekly plans for dinners. They have a section for vegetarian meals and light cooking dinners.

    If you sign up, you can make a grocery list from your recipes you've chosen, add recipes to your own recipe box.

    Also a nice thing is that recipes can be reviewed, you can see what other people thought of the recipes.

    It is a Nestle site, so many of the recipes call for name brand products or frozen processed things. I repeat, you have to be familiar with the foods to enjoy list.
