All I can tell you is to eat healthily
, try to get some regular exercise
, and have some fun
while you're seeing the pounds drop. It's as simple (!) as that...



You'll get there, it takes patience and persistance and if you screw up one day, do it better the next day! There's plenty of time!

but never give up it can be done! At the moment i am not measuring my weight iam just going by my clothes if they fit better or are loser than the last time i wore them( my weight is roughly about 17 stone and i am only 5 feet 4 inches tall so you can see why i am not weighing my self at the minute) any good luck and keep posting
