RockerGirl - 1 pound is STILL 1 pound.... Though, I'd really love to see the scale just 'drop' (out of my window) I know it took longer than a few weeks to put it on.. so it will take longer than a few weeks to take it off. I hope you stick with it!

i honestly did not expect much more as I had a more than average week with my eating. all i can do is start again fresh the next day - and that is what i plan to do.
I weighed in the same as last week yesterday, BUT this is good news because I started my period yesterday. I usually gain 3 pounds minimum with it so am expecting the scale to be very good to me next week.
