new to the board not to the struggle

    I am new here to 3FC
    my current wol is fat fast/meat'egg fast/atkins
    I have been struggling lately due to the impending holidays and lots of baking plus I am having surgery in 15 days then compiled with normal stress in life I have fallen and fallen HARD

    hence my fat fast start- I figure this will curb my sweet tooth for the next few days( also added coconut oil in so that will help in other areas)
    then onto meat and egg for a week then into atkins 72 or modified * since I cant really be into ketosis before surgery or on a strict diet anyways, so lots of fruit/vege's)

    I need all the support I can get, I need to be held accountable and I need DISCIPLINE


    so thats it in a nutsell for me right now
