Tantalizing Tuesday Tidbits - Nov 1

  • Okay - back on track tomorrow so I thought I would start the menu thread!


    Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

    Snack:cheese string if hungry

    Lunch: 1/4 roast chicken, sweet peas, apple

    Snack: 1/2 lf cottage cheese/fruit mix

    dinner: more chicken? and/or whole wheat pasta w/veggies

    Need to load up on the water big time!

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Eggbeater and FF feta cheese omelet

    Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Spring mix salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and FF honey dijon; Cornmeal chicken, oven fries, broccoli

    Snack: ?
  • I had a little coke on the way to work. (3 pts)

    Breakfast: deviled egg

    Lunch: tuna salad on WW bread (2 pts)

    Snack: popcorn

    Dinner: Lean HB patty with FF cheese slice, salad with lettuce, tomatoes, purple onion, carrots and this really great new FF balsamic vinaigrette dressing that Judd got at Whole Foods yesterday. Oh and milk too.

    lunch: oatmeal pancake (thanks for the reminder)
    dinner: salad, 1 slice pizza (6 pts.), tea
    snack: popcorn

    Having nieces and grandnieces over tonight and they want pizza. I'll make do with one slice and lots of Diet Coke and tea
