  • Monday--40 minutes lower body, TBT.
  • Tuesday: 1.5 mile walk...took me about 30 minutes.
  • Tuesday-- Upper body workout on the TBT.
  • Step count for the day: 11,793 !

    I would not be surprised if I wrack up another 300 before bed too...and it will be over 12k.
  • Monday- 1 hour step aerobics class
    Tues- 30 min cardio & upper body weights.
  • Wednesday-- Lower body workout on the TBT.
  • Wed- 1 hour step aerobic class
  • Thursday-- Upperbody on the TBT.
  • Friday-- 40 minutes lower body TBT.

    Woo Hoo.....that's my 5 this week!!
  • Thursday- 30 min cardio, 30 min weights
    Friday- day off
    Sat- day off
    Sun- 30 min cardio, 30 min weights
  • Sunday: 1.5 mile walk
