I weighed in at 133 on Friday, but I'm 135 today after a weekend of indulgence (my parents came to visit). I think it is probably water weight, we'll see in a couple days.
Hello! I started dieting as of June 1 2005. I have sort of gone off track lately which is why I went looking for a site like this!! I figure posting my goals and talking to other dieters might help get me moving.
I've been avoiding the scale, because when I came back to school (in September) I thought I was eating worse. This of course was bad because I needed the accountability! Anyways I've been working to lose it without the scale, so the number wouldn't freak me out. Today I woke up and just decided to weigh in. I came to school at 150 but figured I had gained *at least* 5, maybe 10, pounds. This morning: 146.6 lbs. I actually lost weight (which I thought has of recently). Woo hoo!
This was my firt week back on my diet!! It was really hard to get back on track but I did it and I lost 3 pounds!!!! Pretty soon I will be under 200!!!! I can't wait.
