I know people have asked constantly about the rebate and things surrounding it, so while I was cleaning today i found my rebate form and I just wanted to let those who have asked know what it says:
You must comply with the following steps to validate your LA Weight Rebate:
1. One nutritional bar daily during maintenance.
2. __ lbs goal weight must be attained during the weightloss phase of the program.
3. Complete six-week stabilization phase of the LA Weightloss program
4. Visit the center once a week for weigh-in and counseling during the maintenance phase
5. Be within 5 pounds of your goal weight at the conclusion of phase 1.
6. Be within 5 pounds of your goal at the conclusion of phase 2.
