Sunday Morning

  • I had planned to sleep late today and I am up and going at 6:30.I guess that is better than 4:15 but I had planned on it being 7:30 or 8.Oh Well.{deep subject} I ca not go swim laps early as rain has made the pool toooo cool for me.So will try to get treadmill done .I am going to be watching my grand-daughter today.Wasn't planning on it.She was in a bind and needed help so Mom to the rescue.Hubby even volunteered to go to job site with her and help for a few hours.So he will be helping her by doing pressure washing while she does other things.I told you he was the best.
    I am doing better with my eating Still not real good but at least I am not eating constantly and eating everything.So I am slowly getting turned around.
    Did not get the job close to home so that is one dicision I don't have to make.But I will be looking in paper today.
    Hope all are having a good weekend.I better go get on that treadmill and get it over with.

    That is good that you are slowly getting back on track. It takes time to get back on track. Sounds like you are heading in the right direction.
    Sorry you didn't get the job that was close to home. But I do agree with penny. I believe that everything happens for a reason but we don't always know what that reason is but eventually we find out. You will find the right job for you. Don't get discouraged the right job is out there and you will find it if you don't give up. Remember to stay focused on you and you will do great this week.

    You need to pay attention to what you are eating girl. I know you said you haven't had a great day. Only you can turn that around. Remember those 160's they are right around the corner and you won't get there eating junk and eating out of control. We have to take control of our lives and make this work somehow. I know it is very hard. I am struggling also but I am not giving up. I am doing what I am supposed to and my scale is still climbing. But I refuse to give up. There has to be the right combination out there for me somewhere. So that I will stop gaining. I am going to try and back off on the exercise. I am not going to exercise for the rest of the week. It always seems that whenever I exercise I gain weight. I don't and I lose. At this momement I would much rather have the loss then exercise. We will see. I know my legs are very sore from the workout I did yesterday with the 30 min of stepping here at home while watching Dr. Phil. He really motivates me and keeps me going.

  • Hey Everyone,

    I just found the info for the daily sugar we should have and wanted to share it with you all.

    They say that we should only have 40 grams of sugar maximum a day. That is 10 teaspoons.


    I was looking for that info to go along with the sodium intake of 2400 mg a day. So now I can keep track of both. I hope this helps anyone and myself out there.

    The internet has all the answers for us.LOL
