Planning ahead as I have already made my lunch!
Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: LO couscous salad, with veggies, cherry tomatoes and sliced chicken breast
1/2 c. blueberries
Snack: lf cottage cheese w/fruit
