    L: Tuna salad (tuna, FF MW, egg, purple onion, Splenda relish) on 100% whole wheat bread (2 pts)

    D: Lean HB patty with FF cheese, salad with Kraft Free French dressing, milk
  • Planning ahead as I have already made my lunch!

    Breakfast: oatmeal w/sliced banana, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: LO couscous salad, with veggies, cherry tomatoes and sliced chicken breast
    1/2 c. blueberries

    Snack: lf cottage cheese w/fruit

    Dinner - steaks defrosting in the fridge - w/mushrooms & onions, sweet potato and salad
