    Hello all! it has been awhile....I got caught up my senior year of college....I have neglected all of you which I am sorry about it...I hope I was kinda missed
    - I have not neglected the beach however!-

    So I have almost been doing the diet for 7 months and I have lost a total of 14 pounds which I am pretty happy about !!

    I cant wait to catch up with all of you I hope everything is going well......but I am offically back!!

    I arrived at the Beach while you were busy with school, I think - but welcome back! Are you finished with college then? Congrats on the weight loss!
