I am thinking about joining nutrisystem and would like to know what the good foods are and which ones taste bad. Plus, if they ship them to your house, are they packaged so they aren't frozen meals?

I haven't tried them, but I think we have several people here that have. Hopefully they will share their opinons. They are packaged in specially sealed packages that make them shelf stable without refrigeration. I think they are similar to the military ready to eat meals.
