    Hi there

    I'm Jayne and just getting back into fitness after a long absence. I'm just wondering if there is anyone from the NSW Central Coast on the boards that would like to meet up for walks, exercise or just a chat.

    She isn't that great - her poor tummy is very sore and she is vomiting... so we are having lots of cuddles. A friend has just been to the naturopath for me, so hopefully the clay will settle her tummy.

    Are you mainly doing tae bo for exercise? Anything else?
