I was wondering if using Slim-Fast is actually ok. I heard that it works, but I don't want to have to drink it for the rest of my life to keep weight off.
And I really don't want to drink 2 a day (the site recommended that amount), I was just thinking about having one for lunch once in a while. By me doing that, am I renduring it completly useless?

I also find that if I drink it around 9:00 a.m., I'm not hungry again until around 12:30, so I believe it's filling me up enough to not want to much in between breakfast and lunch. So, I think it's working to a certain extent for me. Have you checked out their site? They have a lot of tools, recipes and forms for tracking. Good luck to you!
