Thanksgiving Challenge Exercise thread 10/17- 10/23

  • Lets get up of that Thang ladies

    Monday- upper body weights and sit ups
  • I'm with you. Did 10 minutes of rowing and 30 minutes of the elliptial this am. TOPs weigh-in tonight. I'm actually looking forward to it!

  • I pledge to exercise tonight for one hour... I did awful this past week.... am back to phase 1 of the South Beach for 2 wks.... everyone have a great day!!!! India

  • Not exercising
    Okay so I have not exercised at all this week - I feel kinda bad but Monday I was pacing the house waiting for a call for a job offer and then I started my new Job on Tuesday and Im trying to get used to working (since I have not worked for just about a year). Hopefully after this week i wont be as tired and I can start making it to the gym in the evenings after work.

    Way to keep moving though ladies - seems that the Thanksgiving challenge is going really good for everyone - keep up the good work!!!

    Sounds like you have a lot going on in your life. Good luck with the new job. How's the weather up in Winnepeg? Can you get out and take a walk today? We're finally having nice fall weather - after much rain - so I'm going walking after work.

  • Good job girls!! I havent done so well .. had another gout attack, it prevents me from exercise for sure, it has gotten better so will go to gym tonite after work, have a great day... India
