Thanksgiving Challenge Menu thread 10/17-10/23

  • Here is to another week ladies....rmember even if you dont post your food online that writing it down somewhere really helps


    Monday- 2 eggs and 2 slices turkey bacon
    s- 2 pears
    L- 1 chicken breast and a can of green beans or spinach
    s- apple cider and appple
    S- Mother in laws
    s- only if I am hungry
  • Todays menu looks like this

    B- 2 eggs
    L- 3 small pears, an apple and 1 oz lowfat cheddar and 3 oz apple cider
    s- oranic ww fruit bar
    S- ww taco shell with 2 oz meat and 1/4 cup ff refried beans and 1 oz lowfat cheddar and lettuce and salsa
    s- apple if needed
  • B- 2 eggs
    s- 2 small pears
    L- 1/2 cup ww pasta and 2 oz meat and 1 oz cheese and salsa
    s- will fill in later

    Hope you're having a good week! Only 5 weeks to go to Turkey day - you still have time to get off 6 pounds. Let's go!

    Indiacatz - Did you get re-energized and exercise last night? Hope so .

    Our TOPs Fall Rally is this Saturday and we had fun at our last meeting putting our skit together. Imagine 9 busy bees, a chubby Pooh Bear trying to lose a few pounds, and a stern Bee Keeper (our weigher). Hope we get a few laughs - and maybe even a prize. Mostly, I hope to stay energized and encouraged. If you've never been to a rally, I think they're great. I always come back re-committed.

    Well, back to work.

  • Hi Lyn.... Yep... Im doing a lot better..... I think the rally will be fun and Pat really wrote a cute skit, and Olga sure makes a g ood Pooh, she is really an enthusiastic one... great for the part.... and Linda did a awesome job on the name tags and anntennas ... we sure will be sight, I will bring my camera!!! take care and have a greaT WEEK ... iNDIA

    I hope you have a great time at fall rally, ours was alot of fun as well, we had a room full of clowns and a circus theme Lots of motivational losers and that made for a great time

    B- 2 crepes w/ light syrup
    L-ham sandwich on ww bread w/ light mayo
    S- pc. fish w/fries

    Tuesday -
    B- yogurt & ww bagel w/ cream cheese
    L- ham sandwich on ww bread w/ light mayo, yogurt, ginger ale, 5 rice crackers
    S- jalapeno chips (i know that is horrible)

    Wednesday -
    B- orange, caramel latte
    L- tuna/light mayo sandwich on ww bread, orange, pudding pack
    S- chicken noodle soup w/couple mini smokies
    s- my husband was trying to be nice and brought me home a vanilla brownie cappuccino (yikes 2 in one day)
  • I am behind on posting guys!!! But will just start fesh from today

    B- 1 egg and 1 slice lite ww toast 1 tsp all fruit and 1 tsp real butter and 2 oz OJ
    s- organic applesauce
    L- 1 cup ww pasta and 1/2 cup sf italian sauce and 2 oz lf mozzerella
    s- 1 fresh apple
    S- 2 oz chicken breast 1/2 cup dressing and whole can of green beans
    s- no sugar added peaches (whole can) only if I am still hungry
