had a family crises so that is kind of dealt with for now. will tell you more about that later.

fell last night and broke my arm in a splint until friday then a cast for a few weeks. dh is taking me to the store to get my phase 1 foods and beginning monday a.m. i will stay strict then i can still make my 10 lb loss for oct. or darn close.

i am supposed to get the cast on tomorrow afternoon, still very swollen though. pain meds are helping some, don't need as many so far today.

i fell at our restaurant, mt dh just mopped and i forgot and went racing in and went a** over teakettle. thankfully the wrist is the only bad ouch!!!

i am off today so have spent the first part of today separating laundry. spend the second half washing and folding, well kind of folding
