Scrumptious Sunday Menu, October 16, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Can of Healthy Choice Split Pea with ham soup; grapes

    Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl (points for cheese) and brown rice cooked and added at home; guacomole

    Snack: Cannoli cream pudding and banana with FF cool whip


    Hmmmm.....I'm short on veggies. I better figure some way to get in some more veggies. I think I have a can of wax beans or I'll eat some raw baby carrots.

    dinner: pork chop, potato, mushrooms, milk sauce, romaine lettuce salad w/veggies
