Full of Hope Friday Menu, October 14, 2005

  • 9:00 and no menu thread!

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce

    Lunch: Can of Progresso Lentil soup (not the 99% FF which is NASTY); grapes

    Dinner: Spring Mix salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, and homemade Core thousand island dressing; LO Core Meat Sauce over ww rotini; broccoli

    Snack: Frosty smoothie
  • I was going to start one but I have no idea what I am eating today! Our staff is going out to lunch together to an Italian place where I have never been, and I can't find a menu online. And I sure haven't planned dinner. So I'm at a loss!
  • B: coke on the way to work
    S: 94% FF popcorn (1 cup)
    L: salad with baby greens, goat cheese (1 pt), strawberries and B-V dressing, plus some rotisserie chicken
    D: LO chicken and pineapple kabobs, brown rice, salad

    Restarting the SF thing with Judd on Sunday, but until then I'm trying to behave myself.

    Breakfast: decaf w/light cream

    Lunch - at food court: japanese: chicken teriyaki w/veggies and WHITE rice, water

    Snack: 2 chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, 2 plums

    Dinner: no idea - probably LO roast beef, potatoes, veggie

    Snack: popcorn, diet pepsi

    l. large salad topped with imitation lobster salad made with ff mayo
    d. steak, potato, mushroom/onion/red pepper sauteed in olive oil
    snack. 1 point mini WW bar
    It's almost 10 o'clock so I'm trying not to eat anything else.
