WW ---> What's for breakfast?

  • Good morning everyone. This is my first full day (starting from waking up) on WW. I thought I would start this board so we could see what each other was eating and what the points were.

    Today's Breakfast:
    1 lg. egg scrambled (nothing added but salt & pepper) 2 points
    2 pc. of low sodium no sugar bacon 2 points
    2 cups of coffee w/ creamer and splenda (all together) 1.5 points

    Total Points: 5.5

    I get 24 points a day.
  • well im on core but i had 2 c bran, 1 c milk, and 1/2 doz strawberries
  • I had 1 c of my flax - high fiber cereal (2)

    1 sm banana (1)

    1/2 cup FF milk (1)

    Coffee .... with some creamer (1)


    I get 24 points a day also ...

  • I had 3/4 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios no milk and a Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin with a tad bit of butter

    I had:

    1 breakfast sausage patty
    1/2 scrambled egg (other half goes to DH cause he can't eat much in the am)
    1 coffee with cream and sugar
    (yeah, the real stuff- the rest of the day I drink plain herbal tea)

  • Today I don't eat breakfast (Sunday) cuz it is always a brunch I eat. We do Eggs (usually I have 1 whole egg, 3-4 egg whites - either scrambled or omelet but sometimes 'fried' for 3 points), bacon (regular Hormel thick cut 2 slices for 2 points), toast (2 slices Sara Lee Delightful Low Carb Multigrain for 1 point), 1 tsp butter (1 point - melted and brushed on the toast).

    Weekdays my breakfast either consists of a smoothie (2-4 points depending on how large I make it but it is 2-3 fruit servings and 1/2-1 dairy) or a bowl of cereal (and yes I eat kiddie cereals but they fill me up and keep me satisifed) w/1 cup of milk.

    I have been having 1 egg (only salt and pepper) and 2 pc. of low salt no sugar bacon each day. I am going to the store today so I am hoping to find some low point foods that are good.
  • Well, I woke up late today after last nights pub crawl feeling a little dehydrated and not so hungry but i made myself eat a 2 egg omlette with green pepper and onion with a little bit of light cheese for 5 pts in total. I'm going for a consultation with a personal trainer this afternoon so I figured I needed some protien in me to mak sure I dont pass out on the treadmill. hehe.

    Another thing I like having with breakfast is hot water and lemon juice. It's tasty and warm and is aparantly supposed to jumpstart your matabolism in the morning. All though that could be a myth, i have no idea.
