Weekly Weigh-Ins

  • Hi Everyone,

    There is probably another thread already set up for this, but I couldn't find one so I thought I would set one up anyway so I could log how much weight I was losing on a weekly basis, and it would be great to see how other people are getting on aswell.

    Look forward to seeing all your weight losses.


    I am on the Lighterlife diet and have just had my first week weigh in, so here goes!

    Starting Weight: 137.6 kgs

    Week 1: 133.8 kgs (Weight Loss: 8.5 pounds)
  • Heh, I read that as lbs and was really worried why someone would be losing 8 lbs in the 130s

    Congratulations on your loss SexyWanabe! I'll post when I weigh-in on the weekend.

    Yeah I am sorry about mixing the kgs and pounds up, but I get weighed in kgs but told the weight loss in pounds. I know I could work it out, but I would rather keep it that way or I know that I would mess it up. I can see how you would get worried though haha!!

    My weigh ins are on thursdays, but I look forward to seeing your loss on saturday. Fingers crossed!!
