Sorry if I've missed the answers to these questions posted elsewhere...I've looked as best as I can!
Hmm, a little about us: I've got about 15-20 lbs to lose, am a regular exerciser, and recently dropped 50+ lbs on WW (lbs I managed to pack on post-college). I need to revamp my food choices, though. We moved to TX 6 months ago, and my eating has taken a turn for the worse since vegetarian options aren't so plentiful around here as they were in CA (where we lived before). DH needs to lose about 30 lbs, and while he goes in spurts of exercising, he needs to make it a regular habit. He works from home and doesn't move around much. We have 2 adorable kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats!
I'm not a trend diet person, but decided to join DH on this as I think it will do him a world of good, and it can't hurt me, right?
