  • Monday- 1 hour Water aerobics.
  • Tuesday- Water Aerobics, again.. I'm tyring not to push it this week. I'm starting to get a cold...
  • Monday- We did about 4 hours of walking
    Wed- 1 hour at the gym ( treadmill & ellipitcal)
  • Friday- 1 hour at the gym. 20 min ellip, 30 min treadmill, 10 min weight machine
  • Sunday... FINALLY...got in a 1.5 walk. After we got back, I slipped off my shoes and pants, and got in the pool. Oh, MY! It was freezing, but it actually felt good. I ran on the slope for about ten minutes. Nothing hurts now..its all numb!
  • Sat- 45 min walk
    Sun- 1 hour cardio workout, 10 min resistance band
