L- 1 cup whole wheat alfredo with chicken breast
s- 1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
S- 3 oz turkey breast, 1/2 cup dressing and 1/4 of a sweet potatoe

s- 100 calories snack pack
L- bowl of veggie soup? or a 6 inch turkey sub on ww
