Thanksgiving Challenge menu thread 10/10 to 10/17

  • Well ladies another week is upon us and journaling is a way to be sure we are successful so lets do it guys

    B- 1 egg and 1 lf sf yogurt
    s- balance bar
    L- chicken soft taco
    s- applesauce?
    S- mother in laws
    s- none
  • Ok I have to get back on track - I had company from Thursday to this morning so now that she is gone I am getting back into the swing of things!

    Monday~
    B-yogurt
    L-nothing (snacked on some chips)
    D-turkey, yams/carrots w/mandarin oranges and marshmallows, corn, dinner roll, stuffing & a sliver of pumpkin ice cream

    Tuesday~
    B-bananna
    L-cottage cheese , ham sandwich w/ ww bread, light mayo and lettuce
    D-ww wrap w/ ham, lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, light mayo

    Wednesday~
    B-
    L-
    D-

    Thursday~
    B-
    L-
    D-

    Friday~
    B-captain crunch w/ skim milk
    L-ham sandwich on ww bread, light mayo
    D-bacon cheeseburger, french fries, root beer

    Saturday~
    B- nothing
    L-chicken sandwich w/lettuce-tomatoe-mayo, french fries, iced tea
    D-steak, rice, cottage cheese

    Sunday~
    B&L - 2 crepes & bacon, orange juic
    D- 3 sm. pcs. fish, 1 sm. pc. chicken, green beans, ww pasta, ginger ale
  • Tuesdays menu- DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME

    Breakfast- 4 french toast sticks and about 6 hashbrowns from Burger King
    Lunch- 2 slices pizza and 1/2 slice dessert pizza
    snack- about 10 bbq chips
    dinner- 1 cup alfredo with chicken

    NO SNACK I had a day off kind of day already!!
  • Today will be alot healthier

    B- 2 eggs and 1 slice ww toast
    s- sf ff yogurt
    L- 1 cup whole wheat alfredo with chicken breast
    s- 1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
    S- 3 oz turkey breast, 1/2 cup dressing and 1/4 of a sweet potatoe
  • Today is weigh in day .......

    B- 2 eggs and sf ff yogurt
    s- 100 calories snack pack
    L- bowl of veggie soup? or a 6 inch turkey sub on ww
    s- balance bar
    S- 1 3oz beef patty and 1 baked potatoe
