In Exactly 6 Months I Lost 100 Lbs!i Started On April 7th Of This Year. I Did Low Carb And Low Saturated Fat. I Exercise 5-6 Days A Week And Drink A Lot Of Water. If Anyone Wants Any Advice Please Feel Free To Write Me. For Once I Feel Like A Weight Loss Success Story. I Hope I Can Post Again When I Am 53lbs Down From Where I Am Now.
