    I am down 2 lbs...first time I've lost 2. Guess some exercising does help and the first time WI under 190's!!!!

  • Looks like everyone is doing well so far, STS is fine....you didn't gain!! Still 3 weeks to go and I'm sure we'll all have some ups and downs!!! Funny right!!! lol

    Sorry it has taken me so long to check in. I have had company since last thursday and now i am sick....ugh...so i have not weighed in yet this week! I promise to weigh in on Sunday but i am afraid that there will be no loss since i haven't been following anything. I am still here and staying with the challenge so i can get some motivation and support.
