I even found the little ticker weight loss bar and I love it. Ok I guess a bit about me. I have been large most of my life. I havent really tried any diet untill Jan. of 2003. That was over two years ago. Then I just started with watching what I eat and that worked well for me. Then in Aug. of this year 2005 I started on the South Beach diet. I must say that first two weeks seemed very long! I wasnt much of a salad person or veggies either. But I made my way through it and lost a few. Now I am on phase two. My husband also started this in Aug. with me and has been a real trooper too! So thats most of my story and I have gotten to this point and now I need to add in the exerecise! I have Arthritus and a degenerative disk or two in my back so I have to take it slow.
