Once again it's that time to tell everyone how you did this week! Just jump in and post whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.
Me:
205.5, down 3.5 pounds from last week. Alot of that, of course, is from losing my water bloat. But I have been exercising in the mornings now too, and I really felt all week like my slowdown was over. I feel great!

I guess since I am still down I should use it as incentive to pull up my socks. I need to find the attituse that you have!

I'm surprised because I haven't been eating like I should but I've been making up for it by doing at least a little bit of physical activity. Woohoo!
