    S: tiny little box of raisins (I can't remember if they are core?)
    L: lots of crab salad, triscuits (4 pts)
    S: celery w/ ff dip; a kudos bar if I HAVE to have something sweet
    D: ?? cornmeal chicken ??
  • b: coco wheats, milk
    l: LO red beans & rice, milk
    s: banana, graham cracker
    d: egg salad sandwiches (pts for bun), apple slices, milk

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Sirloin burger on bun (points) with raw onion, pickle, and FF american cheese; fruit salad

    Snack: FF Cottage Cheese and peaches

    Dinner: No idea
  • Flex menu (newbies and lurkers please don't mistake this for Core)

    B: 1/2 whole wheat bagel with FF cream cheese
    S: celery with FF cream cheese
    L: Slimfast PB Crunchy Granola meal bar (so good but 5 points!)
    D: Black beans, brown rice and salad with FF 1000 Island
